Distributor Rules and Regulations of ZHULIAN
Distributors Rules and Regulations ensure the distributors awareness on their right, obligations and responsibilities. It’s enable the Company and its distributors to work closely together to successfully develop the Distributor’s business potential in long term. To inform Distributors on the importance of strict conformance will create a healthy culture of excellence, achievement and challenges among Distributors.
Distributors Rules and Regulations
1. Strictly conformance to the rules and regulations
Behaving to the others like you behave to yourself” this is the responsibility that every distributor should be strictly realized and approached from both behavior and mentally. Failure to comply with any of the provision in the company’s rules and regulation may result in the termination of a distributorship.
2. Do not sponsor an unqualified person to become a distributor
Any THAI citizen aged TWENTY (20) years and above is eligible to apply for the company’s distributorship. To ensure a clearly understanding of the Juristic act, managing an organization also approaching to the company’s rules and regulations whether from financial responsibilities or prohibited in duplicate name under the company’s registration.
3. Do not over advertise on bonus and incentive
Instead of guaranteeing a specific benefits and incentives or assured any level of achievement, a successful distributor should guide the others how to develop a dynamic distribution network along together with the marketing plan effectively also directing them a possible way how to reach an achievement meanwhile stabilizing their income. By paying more attention and being patient is the most powerful strategy to become a perfect entrepreneurial!!
4. Under price is prohibited
Distributor ethics is the main things that every distributor should realize. Making a sale by strictly follow to the company’s catalog price is a must because the under price will decrease an incentive or achievement bonus that the distributors should receive directly also effecting on the others distributors and destroying the distributors network of whole the organization too.
5. No distributor is allowed to display the products in any department store or retail shop
Also any other unauthorized place due to our company is a direct selling that promotes product through a constructive and dynamic network. Failure to comply will result in damaging a business network also effecting the others distributors.
6. Extraordinary promoting on the quality product is not allowed
The explanation of the quality product must be reasonable and rely on facts by representing and demonstrating the products according to the company’s acknowledgement especially on benefit and quality of each product’s label. More over the best way to gain the credibility and trust is sharing an experience from the successful distributor.
7. Do not leave your fellow Distributors and Customers
Service is the spirits you must uphold in order to persevere in the business. By serving your fellow distributors and customers with service mind, introducing new product or service that is useful, checking the feedback from them regularly, also giving them the best service to achieve the utmost trust and confidence of my fellow distributors and customers
8. Sponsoring when you are ready to responsible
Advising and helping your down line toward the business guide to unrivalled success through proper training and meeting will be instrumental in motivating for the best performance.
9. Do not persuade anyone from any other group
A distributor shall not instigate or cause any distributor from any other group to leave his own network, to resign from his distributorship, become inactive or allow his distributorship to lapse. This will create a conflict and disadvantage between distributors also effecting to the business network.
10. Do not promote any other direct sales under ZHULIAN distributor network
Fully responsible to your fellow distributors and customer must be considered when making as sale. Always keep in mind that do not act or attempt to do or cause any act to mislead, entice or persuade any other to distributor to take part any activities of another direct sales. Because when you perform as our distributors that mean you are one our partner so avoid promoting any other direct sales except ZHULIAN’s product.
11. Do not force any other distributor to stock up the company’s products
Stocking up and forcing any other distributor to stock up are opposed to Business ethics. Including stock up greater than an average sale volume per month will mislead to further unlawful business.
12. Violating copyright of ZHULIAN (THAILAND)’s trademark is not allowed
If the distributor requires to use Company’s logo, name, or Trademark for any purpose. It is a must to ask for permission from the company before taking any action.
13. Transferring of distributorship
No distributor is allowed to convey, assign, delegate, sell or transfer any rights of distributorship to the third party without written consent from the company, It’s depending on the company’s consideration whether it is approve or not. When transferring the highest rank promotion from the transferor can be “Sale Executive” (SE) only from limited network.
14. Renewal of appointment
If a Distributor’s Personal PV achieves 2000 PV or above within the validity of his distributorship period, his distributorship will be automatically extended for another TWELVE (12) months upon expiry of his distributorship.

16. In case of Death
In the event that a distributor becomes insane or dies through illness, accident or whatever cause. The distributors’ benefits and incentives shall be transferred to his beneficiary as specified in his Distributorship Application Form or written notice duly received by the Company, whichever is the most current
17. Resignation, Suspension and Termination
The company shall send a written notice of intent to terminate the offending distributor that subject to the following conditions.17.1 In case of intending to give wrong information in his Distributorship Application Form17.2 In case of misrepresenting or false claims, either spoken or written on Products and Marketing Plan that will fully destroy Company’s Reputation.17.3 In case of failure to comply with the rule and regulations and unable to improve their mistake within 14 days starting from first notice of the Company’s Caution17.4 In case of repeating too many violations from the same distributors. This termination is valid when there is the final resolution from the Company’s committee (Termination means that person is finished from distributorship and unable to participate anymore company’s activity) All such previously or currently benefits and incentives shall be withdrawn from that distributors, effectively when receiving the Company’s Caution.
18. Performance that will lead to punishment
- In case of violating the Company’s Rule and Regulation- Any performance that damage Company’s Reputation or Products- Any performance that damage Company’s Profit- Any intention that misrepresenting on Company’s Information or Distributors Untruthfulness
19. Punishment
Step 1 A written Draw AttentionStep 2 All such currently benefits and incentives shall be withdrawn from that distributors on current monthStep 3 Terminating from Distributorship (Any behavior that opposing to content no. 17 will be considered as Termination. By informing of a written circular to their current address, the evidence or prove will rely on fact and reasonable) The Final Authority will be on the Company’s Consideration only.

1. No distributor is allowed to pay any advance payment2. Please make sure that you receive the original ZT-2, ZT-24 bill from Company’s Authorized Agencies immediately after payment has been made, if not the Company will not responsible for an incomplete designated Point Value (PV) that distributor will receive.3. Over advertising of Company’s Products is not allowed. It is strongly permitted to place any notices of any media in magazines, newspapers or publication under the name of ZHULIAN (THAILAND) LTD, including the Authorized No. from Food and Drug Administration. Failure to comply with the rules and regulation by using the Authorized No. without the Company’s consent, the distributor will take fully responsible for any mistake that might occur.
Get to know ZT-2, ZT-24
For the most privileges of Distributor, please make sure that you receive the original and valid Cash Bill or Cash Sale from the respective Authorized Agency immediately after each payment has been made.Cash Bill (ZT-2) means the bill payment between1-30 for next month when you make a payment from that agency.Cash Bill (ZT-24) means an additional payment from 1st of next month until closing sale, after Final Check Sale of monthly sale
Always keep in mind
1. Correctly and clearly inform your Full name, Address and Distributor registration number for the most privileges to yourself. In case of any mistake happen the distributor can bring this evidence to prove and confirm under the Company’s investigation.2. In case of the Full name and the Distributor registration number are not correspond to the Cash Bill. Company is able to grant a given name in the Cash Bill as credential if we couldn’t contact that distributor.3. To apply for a distributorship, the applicant must complete and sign on an original Distributorship Application Form. In case of duplicate registration number, company will adhere to a valid registration number also cancelling an invalid one without informing the distributor.4. To renew, the distributor must achieve 2,000 PV or above within the validity of his distributorship period. His distributorship will be automatically extended for another TWELVE (12) months upon expiry of his distributorship. in case of the PV is less than 2,000, the distributor have to submit the Distributor Renewal Form together with a subscription fee of 125 baht through the relevant Authorized Agency.5. The Distributor’s Bonus will receive faster thus we are strongly recommended a Distributor to open an account of Bangkok Bank and submit the account number to our Company’s Data Department
Customer Right for returning or canceling an order
1. If customer makes an ordering from distributor (ZT-9) or from an authorized distributor agency with tax invoice (ZT-2), and intend to cancel the order.1.1 Informing to cancel or change the order within 7 days after the first day of payment has been made according to the Bill payment1.2 Company will only accept the products that is in a perfect condition 100%1.3 If it doesn’t meet a requirement, Company will deduct depreciation according to the damage1.4 The place to return or change the order must correspond to the bill payment as mentioned.
